The Membership Commission is in the idea-gathering phase and is soliciting input from all Minnesota Masons. At this time the commission is reviewing the membership process from the petition through the completion of the degrees. The commission is not, at this time, looking for ways to get men interested in Masonry. That is a separate issue.
This is an opportunity to provide input that will affect Minnesota Masonry for some time into the future and your participation in this important endeavor is earnestly solicited. Input is needed by June 1 so the commission can provide input at the Corporate Board meeting on June 28

Mile Stones
Previously granted recognition of the Grand Lodge of France was withdrawn at the Grand Lodge Session in April, putting the Grand Lodge of Minnesota in fraternal relations with only one French Masonic body, the Grand Lodge Nationale Française, as it was prior to the 148th Annual Communication in 2001.
