Hello Brothers,

You have heard much from me on the subject of our Trestleboard recently (you will find a copy of the Trestleboard list below).  I want to remind you this is an OPPORTUNITY for each of us to pick something which is important to us and work on it.  We have much to do and it will be necessary to determine which committees are viable by calculating the interest it generates.  Some will be reworked.  Those which do not prove viable will be shelved to be raised again by future officers of the lodge.  It is time to make our picks brothers and time to promptly return the Trestleboard with your mark.  To assist you, to choose and in returning it, look below, it is here.

Ask yourself if you agree with these statements?

The lodge is dynamic and a place where I belong.

I am proud to be a brother of this lodge. We are a Unit.

If you answered "yes" it follows you would find a place for yourself on our Trestleboard.  When you see your fingerprint on the lodge plans and feel the satisfaction on working towards its accomplishments and enjoy the fellowship with your brothers you experience your wages.  We can make some really great things happen!

Mike Sullivan

 A Note of Thanks!

W/B Mike Kottwitz deserves a note of gratitude for assisting Lebanon Lodge on raising a candidate through the 1st degree recently.  He accepted a call to be the Master in that degree.  I heard from their Sr. Warden, Rich Waldie and their Past Master Paul Walker, that our brother did represent the lodge in a manner we can all take pride in.

Thank you brother!

W/M Mike Sullivan

 Masonic Home Concert

On Sunday April 9, our Lodge was privileged to sponsor the South Metro Chorale, with whom our brother, Chaplain Alan Greene, is one of the 45 singers. Brother Greene, as part of his mission, brought to the residents of the Bloomington Masonic Home, and our Lodge, a wonderful afternoon of music and joy. There were many of us in attendance and we were entertained with selections of sacred, gospel, folk, and love songs.

The songs broke over the audience in waves of peaceful and joyful feelings, and of course nostalgia. We were treated to a truly wonderful selection of music sung with exceptional quality and great stage presence. These talented men and women sang with melodic voices worthy of angels and they succeeded in raising us up to heaven thereby releasing us from our cares.

On behalf of myself and our lodge brothers I extend our thanks and convey our appreciation to Brother Alan Greene, and ask that he extend our grateful thanks to his chorale group.
